ANSSI’s initiatives and general stance on cloud computing

ANSSI’s general stance on cloud computing is based on a set of cybersecurity requirements intended for cloud service providers and of recommendations for sponsors to ensure the protection of their resources hosted in the cloud.

The principles upheld by ANSSI with regards to cloud computing are also reflected in the guides published by the agency on the secure administration of information systems (ISs), the sizing of cryptographic mechanisms, the implementation of secure interconnection gateways between ISs and the Internet, and the partitioning requirements applicable to sponsors.
