The publication highlights the need for the European Union to strengthen its digital sovereignty in the face of non-European technological dependencies and the associated risks (confidentiality, availability, infrastructure control). The BSI and ANSSI present their joint approach: to develop and promote robust cybersecurity standards and frameworks at national and European level in order to guarantee the security, resilience and sovereignty of our nations. They reaffirm their commitment to collaboration, innovation and the protection of European values in the digital age.
